The label on the purchase said,
       "It's fully guaranteed -
Not to shrink, or fade, or tear".
       I thought, "Just what I need".

In time the colors faded,
       It seemed a bit too tight,
A tear showed in the elbow;
       What a sorry sight!

God said, "Here's a purchase,
       I'll give it to you free,
It cost the blood of Jesus,
       And has MY guarantee".

At first I turned the offer down,
       I couldn't see my need,
But then I took salvation,
       It's fully guaranteed!

With time it just grows brighter,
       It always fits just right,
And will NEVER tear in service for
       It's protected by His might!
